Bringing a wealth of combined experience, cousins Justin Reinglas and Shaun Shahin formed a partnership in 2014 to acquire ownership of the Ellendale Medical Building – together overseeing all aspects of leasing and operations of the building and business. Specializing in office leasing, property management, and turn-key tenant solutions, Justin and Shaun develop and provide comprehensive lease packages specific to tenants needs with built-to-suit office space to accommodate even the most unique tenant requirements.

For over 10 years Justin Reinglas has worked in Montreal’s real estate industry, specializing in commercial leasing and building operations. Over the course of his career, Justin has completed many notable lease transactions and developed a reputation for his professionalism, real estate acumen and client focused approach to leasing.

Previously, Justin served as the Director of leasing and operations for Amcor Holdings, a prominent and privately held Real Estate Investment Company with holdings in Canada and the US. It was there he honed his skills while overseeing the management of a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the city. Reinglas was later recruited as a Leasing Executive for the Cadillac Fairview Corporation, one of the largest owners, operators and developers of world-class office, retail and mixed-use properties in North America. While with CF, Reinglas had the opportunity to work directly with senior level directors on notable properties such as Carrefour Laval and Fairview Pointe-Claire. He was also assigned to special projects where he worked with a select committee in Toronto to standardize Business Case protocols for leasing, and was responsible for the financial and transactional analysis of prospective lease transactions.

Justin Reinglas holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, and an Attestation of Collegiate Studies in real estate from Collège de L’Immobiler du Québec.

SHAUN SHAHIN
President Operations

For the past eight years, Shaun has been the President of MDS Realties Ltd, an independent real estate investment and acquisition company based in Montreal. Specializing in acquiring, repositioning and marketing high vacancy rate properties to a new tenant base, Shaun has successfully grown his business by 400% and attained an occupancy rate above 90% throughout his portfolio.

Shaun attributes his success to the importance he places on the strong relationships he builds with his tenants and within the industry. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Shaun worked for nine years at Future Electronics head office as a World Wide Business Manager, representing a portfolio of over $200 Million in sales in Analog semiconductor components. It was there Shaun learned to value his customers and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization; from customer service agents to CEOs of publicly owned corporations.

Shaun Shahin is a graduate of McGill University, with a degree in Political Science.
